Making A Purchase Orders received after Noon will be entered the following business day. If your order is HOT, please call and let us know, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
To make a purchase, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Midwest Case charges only the standard UPS rate to your shipping Zip code for the UPS service you choose. Large packages that ship as a UPS oversize 3 will be charged a $55.00 surcharge at checkout. You will see a notation as you shop on products that will receive this surcharge.
In instances where we pay freight, it only includes UPS ground freight. We do not pay freight for truck shipments.
Please inspect all packages shipped to you and note any damage with the carrier. Our freight terms are FOB our dock. You are responsible for any freight claims.
Delivery Schedule Products shown in our store are typically in stock at Midwest Case or our manufacturers ship them directly to you.
Custom manufactured cases have lead times from of 3 to 6 weeks.
Back Orders Products shown in our store are typically in stock at Midwest Case or our manufacturers ship them directly to you. There will be, from time to time, product shortages and back orders will be necessary. Midwest Case will notify you via email before proceeding to backorder any product.
Tax Charges All orders to be shipped within the state of Ohio will be charged Ohio sales tax. If you are exempt from paying Ohio sales tax, please call to place your order.

Products listed on our site as " Lifetime Guaranteed ", are guaranteed by the manufacturer and your warranty is directly with them. We will be happy to provde contact information if the need arises for you to file a claim.
On cases we sell with custom foam, we guarantee that your item(s) will fit in the foamed compartment based on the dimensions you provided. We urge you to double check all dimensions you provide as to assure a proper fit for your equipment.

Returns Policy Off the shelf plastic cases may be returned with prior authorization, minus a 15% or $10.00 minumum handling fee, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. Freight will not be credited and return freight is customer responsibility. No return will be credited if returned without prior authorization.
Rotationally Molded cases manufactured by Pelican-Hardigg are molded to order and are non-cancelable and non-returnable after order is placed. We urge you to double check all dimensions and make sure the case you order is correct before purchasing.
Cases or foam inserts fabricated to hold your specifc equipment are non-returnable and non-cancellable after manufacturing begins. On cases we sell with custom foam, we guarantee that your item(s) will fit in the foamed compartment based on the dimensions you provided. If your item(s) do not fit because of our error, we will fix the problem at our expense. If the problem was customer responsibility the problem can be corrected at your expense. We urge you to double check all dimensions you provide as to assure a proper fit for your equipment.
Aluminum cases can be returned directly to the factory with prior approval in original box and in like new condition subject to a 15% restocking charge. We do not credit freight and return freight is customer responsibility. No return will be credited if returned without prior authorization.
Custom fabricated cases manufactured or molded to order specifically for your equipment are non-cancelable and non-returnable after start of manufacturing.
Cases with glued in foam are non-returnable.
